I went for a long recce all the way down to Bow Locks: nowhere to put in – not even ladders – short of small abseils. This was about the easiest place I found, but still required clambering over fences to et to the water. With all the attendant construction, and secretive studios, you’d need to be quick to dodge the hi-viz jobsworths. Tis point is just north of Three Mills complex; you pass under the building – a very low weir at low tides; maybe nothing at higher water.
